The farmer markets are still going strong and fall suppers are starting to appear in our communities. Check them out this season. One supper that you might want to try is The Supper in the Field and a Manitoba Canola Growers oil tasting on Sunday, September 19, 2010 in Steinbach. Kristy talks about exercising and preventing that cold bug from hitting and I just finished taping in late August the Great Tastes of Manitoba TV show. The season starts on September 11 and my show is first of the 21st season. Watch Great Tastes of Manitoba, try the recipes and enter the contest to win $1000.00 in Sobeys gift cards.
